We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. We ship orders Monday to Saturday, and any orders placed before 1:00 PM (UK time) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

We offer the following shipping options within the UK Mainland (excluding Northern Ireland):

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 2 to 3 business days – Free

Express Shipping: Delivered within 1 to 2 business days – £1.50

Premium Shipping: Delivered the next business day – £2.05

Important Information Regarding Delivery Issues

If a package is returned to the courier depot because the courier was unable to make the delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier and arrange redelivery or to collect the parcel.

If the customer fails to do so and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be required to pay the shipping cost again for the parcel to be resent.

Additionally, if an incorrect delivery address is provided and the parcel is delivered to that address, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package.
