Our policy lasts for 30 days from the delivery of your order.

If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. Also, you won’t be eligible for a return.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the item is damaged, defective or doesn’t match the product you ordered, a free return label will be provided to you by email so you can send it back without paying for the postage.
If you simply changed your mind and want to return your order then you are responsible for postage fees.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not related to us and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, won’t be eligible for a refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days. In case of a rejection, we will contact you to find a solution that will satisfy both parties.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@neypa.co.uk


Shipping your return

If you are provided with a return label, you can either call the courier company to collect the item from your address or go to their office and hand them your item alongside the return label we have provided for you.

If you are not provided with a return label, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not able to give you any guarantees on the safety of the package.
